Step 4

Schedule an assessment for grades 2+

  • Our support specialist will reach out to you to schedule an assessment.
  • This is also a time for parents to discuss their child and his/her needs.
    • Assessments assist with grade and program placement and help to identify potential support and/or enrichment needs.

Enrollment Process for New/Accepted Students

Step 1

  • New/Accepted students will receive a Welcome Letter with instruction on how to officially enroll their child on TADS for St. John’s.
  • Fill out the enrollment information on TADS and pay the $25 new student account fee on TADS.

Step 2

Pay the enrollment fee on TADS or by writing a check.

  • By February 14 – $300 per student/$600 per family
  • February 15 or later – $350 per student/$700 per family

IF NEEDED apply for financial aid.

  • We encourage you to apply by May 15 as funds are limited.

Step 4

Set up your tuition payment plan.

  • A variety of plans are available. Twelve-month payment plans must be set up by July 1. All plans require automatic payments.
