Stephanie Wilaby

Stephanie has taught more grades than places she has lived. She grew up in Nebraska and graduated from Concordia University Nebraska. After graduating, she moved to Minnesota, married Kevin, directed a Childcare/Preschool and taught ECFE classes. A move to Michigan blessed them with three children: Brittany (1996) and Tyler and Michaela (1998) and the opportunity to teach 5th/6th grade; Assistant Director at a Child Care Center; First Grade; and be an adjust professor for undergraduate education students. After 8 years in Michigan, God moved them to Colorado and more Preschool years. Since 2006, they have been planted in Minnesota. In those years, Stephanie has taught 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, and Preschool. She is thankful for the blessing of each opportunity and grade level taught because it creates variety and understanding for children on multiple levels. Stephanie enjoys being a “mom”, which is an evolving nest with children leaving and returning at various points. Stephanie also enjoys sporting events, time with friends, reading, camping, and enjoying time with others!
