I graduated from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska in 2008. My first 4 years of teaching was spent in St. Charles, MO where I taught 6th grade and 1st-8th grade classroom music. In 2012, I accepted a call to teach 5th grade at St. John’s in Corcoran. In 2014, I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Educational Technology and Design from Concordia University, Wisconsin. During my time at St. John’s, I also worked with technology, music and professional development. In 2018, I completed the SLED Program (School Leadership Development) through the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. In the summer of 2018, I accepted the call to serve as principal here at St. John’s Chaska.
With my husband, Josh, we have three children. Addison who is in 2nd grade, Caden who is in 4 year-old PreK, and Landon, who is 2.
I grew up in the area and am excited to be back. While my kids take up most of my free time, I enjoy crafting, reading, and coaching.
